The RICOH Pro 8410/8410S is designed to handle fast-turnaround and on-demand printing with ease. With a print speed of 111 ppm, it is built for environments that require dependable, continuous output. These presses can produce up to 1,000,000 A4 impressions per month, making them suitable for high-volume operations. You can choose between print-only or multifunction models depending on workflow needs.

Ricoh’s VCSEL imaging technology ensures precise monochrome output with a resolution of 2400 × 4800 dpi. The enhanced toner produces smaller, more uniform particles, resulting in crisp text, smooth halftones, and clean lines. The press also maintains precise front-to-back registration automatically, correcting any shift for consistently accurate results. Its low-temperature fusing helps reduce energy consumption without compromising quality.

3. Expanded Media Versatility

The Pro 8410 easily supports a wide variety of media, including stocks up to 350 gsm and SRA3 coated sheets. This allows you to take on applications such as newsletters, books, manuals, and direct mail with confidence. The integrated media library saves time by applying optimal settings automatically, helping maintain quality even on complex media.

Every workflow is different, and the Pro 8410/8410S adapts easily. The standard Ricoh GW controller handles everyday office applications smoothly. For graphic-intensive jobs, you can add the Fiery EB-36 print server to optimise colour-heavy workflows and ease load balancing. For transactional printing, the genuine IPDS option ensures accurate, error-free output, especially for data-driven jobs.

5. Fast, Productive Scanning

The Pro 8410S includes a single-pass duplex document feeder, which scans both sides of a sheet in one go. It supports up to 250 originals at a time and scans at 280 images per minute. Operators can batch large documents, capture small items like business cards, and choose from multiple scan-to destinations for quick distribution.

6. End-to-End Professional Finishing

The 8410S supports a wide range of inline finishing solutions from Ricoh and partners like Plockmatic and GBC. Options include punching, perforating, multi-folding, saddle-stitching, trimming, and high-capacity stacking. It can produce up to 200-page booklets, integrate pre-printed colour covers, and enable three-edge trimming for a premium finish.
